Employment Update - 3rd Grade

New Covenant School is excited to announce that Mrs. Brandi Hallmark will be joining our staff as a part-time 3rd grade teacher for the 2016-2017 school year. Mrs. Hallmark will teach 3rd grade in the morning, while Mrs. Lamb will partner with Mrs. Hallmark and continue to teach 3rd grade in the afternoons.

Mrs. Hallmark is a graduate of the MAT program at Anderson University, where she received her Master’s in Elementary Education.  She has taught 4th and 5th grade in the public school setting, and most recently, Middle School math in her homeschool co-op.  

Mrs. Hallmark also has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama in International Marketing / Spanish.  She worked previously in Circuit City’s corporate office as a Financial Supervisor and West Point Home as the Wal-Mart Customer Service Manager.  She has been married to her husband, Joey, for 17 years.  They have four children: Gabe (14), Cole (11), Lucy (6), and Nora (6), who will all be attending New Covenant School in the Fall.  She is originally from Alabama, but has called Anderson her home for 16 years. She enjoys attending New Covenant Church, where she assists with the children’s program.  Her hobbies include gardening, cooking, and spending time with her family.
