Preschool Update - K2 Teacher

The Lord has provided New Covenant School with an outstanding K2 teacher, Mrs. Parker Watson.

Mrs. Watson has been married to her high school sweetheart, Andrew, since 2017. The two live in Anderson with their son, Alex. Mrs. Watson graduated with honors from T L Hanna High School in 2012.  

Mrs. Watson has a big heart for children and worked for 6 years in the Child Watch center at the Anderson YMCA and was also a site director for the YMCA’s After School Program for 2 years. Mrs. Watson served for 4 years at First Baptist Church of Anderson as a weekly nursery attendant and she also worked as a substitute teacher’s aide at New Covenant Preschool for the Spring of 2019.  

Mrs. Watson and her family are members of New Covenant Church and enjoy being members of a home ministry group within the church.  

Mrs. Watson enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and spending weekends riding on their boat.  

This will be Mrs. Watson’s first year teaching with New Covenant School and she is confident the Lord will use this position to help her grow, lead, and strengthen her K2 class. Mrs. Watson is excited for this new opportunity and hopes you will join her in praying for her, her students, and New Covenant School as they prepare to begin a new school year!
